The new machine was specifically designed for the mass production of punched and bent parts and impresses with a multitude of advantages – both for our customers and for our internal processes. Particularly noteworthy are the:

• High production speeds of up to 350 strokes per minute

• Strong 90-200 kN press force, ideal for precise cuts and complex component geometries

• Processing lengths of up to 1,400 mm, allowing for extensive tool solutions

• Flexible integration of additional manufacturing steps such as welding, thread forming, or assembly

Thanks to the modular design, processes such as inserting screws or welding components can be directly integrated – without any additional manufacturing steps. This saves time, costs, and increases quality.

With the new VariControl VC 1E control system and innovative quick-change systems, tools can be retooled in the shortest possible time. For our production, this means: Minimal downtime, maximum availability. The integrated sensor monitoring also ensures consistently high product quality and process reliability.
