To meet this demand, we have expanded our machine park: With the <strong data-start=\"456\" data-end=\"531\">new punching and bending system of the RM series from the renowned manufacturer Bihler<\/strong>, we are now relying on a high-performance system for the efficient production of complex punched and bent parts. <\/p>\n<h2 class=\"\" data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"703\">More Precision. More Flexibility. More Speed.  <\/h2>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"705\" data-end=\"944\">The new machine was specifically designed for the <strong data-start=\"746\" data-end=\"787\">mass production of punched and bent parts<\/strong> and impresses with a multitude of advantages &#8211; both for our customers and for our internal processes. Particularly noteworthy are the: <\/p>\n<ul data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1311\">\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"946\" data-end=\"1020\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"1020\"><strong data-start=\"948\" data-end=\"986\">High production speeds<\/strong> of up to 350 strokes per minute<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1021\" data-end=\"1115\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1115\"><strong data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1054\">Strong 90-200 kN press force<\/strong>, ideal for precise cuts and complex component geometries<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1116\" data-end=\"1207\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1207\"><strong data-start=\"1118\" data-end=\"1156\">Processing lengths of up to 1,400 mm<\/strong>, allowing for extensive tool solutions<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"\" data-start=\"1208\" data-end=\"1311\">\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1311\"><strong data-start=\"1210\" data-end=\"1266\">Flexible integration of additional manufacturing steps<\/strong> such as welding, thread forming, or assembly<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"\" data-start=\"1313\" data-end=\"1543\">Thanks to the modular design, processes such as inserting screws or welding components can be directly integrated &#8211; without any additional manufacturing steps.
