Wilhelm Becker GmbH & Co. KG is a medium-sized company with 98 employees based in Mettmann, Germany. For over 115 years, we have specialized in the development and production of technical springs, stamped and bent parts, wire components, and assembly modules. Our extensive machinery and flexible production technologies enable efficient, high-precision manufacturing – from prototypes to large-scale series.

Engineering –
From Idea to Series Production
Our experts advise you in the development and design of your products – from the initial idea to series production. Through modern calculation and simulation techniques (FEM) as well as prototype construction, we ensure that each component meets the highest functional and economic requirements.
Our engineers work with 2D and 3D CAD systems such as Siemens NX and Pictures. Through the bending simulation based on the Bihler principle, we optimize manufacturing processes early on, even before the tool is produced.

Our Manufacturing Processes –
