Your Tasks:
• Manufacturing of springs in cold forming (compression and tension springs)
• Compliance with quality standards and production goals
• Inspection and control of manufactured workpieces
• Monitoring and documentation of ongoing production processes
• Continuous optimization of manufacturing processes
• Maintenance and upkeep of machines
Your Profile:
• Successfully completed technical-commercial training as a spring maker or industrial mechanic with a focus on spring manufacturing in cold forming or comparable
• Experience in handling spring winding machines
• Independent and conscientious work
• Teamwork skills, reliability, and assertiveness
• Willingness to work in shifts (alternating shifts)
• Forklift license / crane license is an advantage

For these 3.5-year apprenticeships, a completed school education is required, preferably from a secondary school. Good performance in mathematics, physics, and technology is required. In addition, there should be an interest in technical relationships and enjoyment of practical work.
We support the training from the beginning. To be able to comprehensively convey the basic knowledge, the 1st year of apprenticeship is completed in the joint training workshop in Velbert.
What we offer:
- Above-average monthly remuneration, already over 1,000 € monthly in the first year of apprenticeship
- Additional holiday and Christmas bonuses, which together exceed a 13th monthly salary in amount
- 30 days of vacation
- Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, there is of course the possibility of permanent employment
